Return Policy – Pencil & Pine

At Pencil & Pine, we want you to love your pieces as much as we do. Due to the nature of our boutique, we do not offer refunds.

We offer store credit only for eligible returns.

To qualify for store credit:

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags must still be attached

All returns are subject to approval. If your return is accepted, you will receive store credit in the form of a digital code to use on a future purchase.

Please note:

  • Sale items are final sale

  • Accessories, jewelry, and seasonal items are non-returnable

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Pencil & Pine reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet our policy requirements.
